1. Acceptance and Consent

By accessing the tgbet platform or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between tgbet and the site user ("you" or "member").

tgbet may request identity documents for age verification at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended until age or identity verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may operate only one tgbet account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited ("duplicate accounts"). Violating this rule may result in permanent closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all funds held.

3.2 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. Providing false information may result in account closure. If any of your details change, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Password and Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential and not to give access to any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately through the tgbet Login page and notify the support team.

• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• The payment account and the tgbet account must be in the same person's name.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of tgbet's security and fraud prevention policy, we reserve the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. This verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed.

You may be asked to provide the following documents:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• A bank statement or utility bill issued within the last three months (for address verification).

If KYC documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. All information submitted during the KYC process is stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following methods are supported for depositing to tgbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from your own payment account — deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a request is successfully processed, funds typically arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• If any excess funds are credited by mistake, tgbet reserves the right to reclaim them.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

tgbet offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only, and the wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (15x).

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• A member may not participate in the same promotion more than once.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — bonuses expire once that period ends.
• tgbet's decision is final in all matters relating to bonus claims.

6.3 VIP Program and Cashback

tgbet's VIP program has five levels: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, Diamond — up to 1.0%. Advancement through VIP levels is determined by activity and contribution. Cashback for each level applies on a regular weekly basis.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming on the tgbet platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, tgbet reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
• Betting limits are set by tgbet and may be changed at any time.
• tgbet reserves the right to reduce a member's betting limits, reject bets, or close an account.
• The decisions of official and international bodies are final in determining the outcome of any event.

Game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) have their own rules and regulations, which apply alongside tgbet's terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the tgbet platform:

• Fraud, hacking, phishing, or any other deceptive activity.
• Abuse of the bonus system or "bonus arbitrage".
• Money laundering or legitimizing proceeds from illegal activities.
• Using software bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or errors in tgbet's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Falsely identifying yourself as a tgbet employee or representative.

If any of the above activities are proven, tgbet will immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tgbet platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of tgbet or its associated licensors.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or publication of any tgbet content for purposes other than personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited. This content may not be used for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of tgbet.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
